This is a pivotal role in the business, providing best-in-class service to our clients in terms of HR expertise as a true business partner. In addition, as a member of a small team, you’ll also be talking to potential new clients when they enquire, to assess their needs and determine how our services can support them.
Having a client group that is made up of different business owners is a bit like working for a big company and business partnering with various department heads. The same principles apply – clients come first and we make sure we’re always adding value and supporting them to achieve their business objectives.

To ensure our ongoing success and presence in the market, all members of the team get involved in answering inbound enquiries from prospective new clients, networking, writing blog posts and sharing content on LinkedIn. These are potentially things you won’t have done before, so full training and support will be provided.
Ready to step into the world of consultancy, you’ll have extensive experience in HR, with a demonstrable track record of business partnering where you will have worked with senior managers to deliver their strategic objectives via the people plan that you will have developed.
