The Board Administrator role is instrumental in supporting the operation and development of HCT Group, working closely with the Senior Management Team and all teams across the business.
It requires an experienced, enthusiastic, self-motivated individual who will be responsible for all the administration of all Board meetings and Board committees, which includes preparing meeting schedules, preparation of Board packs and attending all Board and Board committee meetings where you will be required to take minutes.
Head Office responsibilities including the main contact for Head Office for day to day operations, planning and overall coordination.
The successful candidate will need an exceptional eye for detail and accuracy along with strong verbal and written English language skills. Experienced with MS Office and with excellent administrative and organisational skills, you will be confident managing a diverse workload to deadlines, taking initiative and have a high level of resilience with the utmost discretion.
30.5 hours per week. Core hours usually between 08:00 and 18:00 Monday to Friday.
This role will be based in HCT Group’s head office, which is presently in Old Street, London.
