Charlotte is our Founder. She’s the one who spent the best part of 20 years climbing the corporate ladder, only to find that actually, red-tape and hoop jumping as a People Director wasn’t really for her. That’s why she loves working with SMEs – they want to grow, they take action quickly, and she can make a real difference. When she’s not busy with work or kids, she can usually be found planning holidays or going for a run (to escape from said kids).
David is our part-time techy, fixer, and general go-to for any projects requiring Excel or data. He’s got the driest sense of humour we’ve ever known and when he’s not making terrible jokes (or laughing at his own), he can be found tinkering in his garage, building stuff and generally hiding from his kids.
Anita is our training guru, developing and delivering our training programmes and workshops. What she doesn’t know about training and developing people really isn’t worth knowing, and her energetic approach is always a big hit with clients and their teams. When she’s not at work, she’s usually either partaking in or scoping out her next extreme adventure (we’re talking wing-walking and the like) or spending time with her lovely boys.
